The thought behind the Recruiting Service is to facilitate the recruiting process for talented high school baseball and softball players throughout the Southeast and help them achieve their goals and dreams at reaching a higher level in this great game. Al Goetz, Coordinator, ran an extremely successful program while President of The Ballpark, and helped over 350 players receive athletic scholarships.

The Recruiting Service Includes:

• One hour truthful evaluation of players' strengths and potential.
• Consultation with family to develop target schools.
• Development of an action DVD using Dartfish Software Program.
• Email or send DVD's to targeted schools.
• Follow up phone and personal contacts to each coach to discuss athlete.
• Continous follow up with coaches throughout the process.
• Email additional videos to other potential schools.
• Facilitate communication between player and school.
